123Luxuries is a New Zealand–based store selling authentic, pre-loved branded bags, clothing, and shoes. All items are second-hand unless otherwise stated.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

  • We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold.
  • If an item is proven to be counterfeit by a recognised authority, you are entitled to a full refund, including return shipping.

3. Product Condition

  • As these are pre-loved goods, some wear and minor imperfections should be expected.
  • We provide accurate descriptions and photos for every item.
  • Please read listings carefully before purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Prices include GST (if applicable).
  • Payment is required in full before items are shipped.
  • We accept the payment options shown at checkout (e.g., cards, Afterpay, Laybuy, PayPal).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind.
  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is:
    • Faulty or damaged (and not disclosed at sale),
    • Not as described, or
    • Proven inauthentic.
  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by New Zealand law, we are not responsible for:
    • Normal wear and tear of pre-loved goods,
    • Delays caused by courier services, or
    • Misuse of items after purchase.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
