Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 123Luxuries. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we deliver your order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days once payment has been received.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery within New Zealand usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rural addresses may take longer.
  • We currently ship within New Zealand only (international shipping may be added in future).

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available from the courier).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
  • Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if your goods are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
