At 123Luxuries, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality pre-loved branded bags, clothing, and shoes. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it is designed to protect both our customers and our business.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.

However, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item you purchase is:

  • Not as described (e.g., incorrect size or product listed incorrectly).
  • Faulty or damaged (that was not clearly disclosed before purchase).
  • Counterfeit (we guarantee authenticity; if proven otherwise, you are entitled to a full refund).

2. Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any original packaging, dust bags, or authenticity cards (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items clearly marked as final sale or as-is.
  • Items with wear and tear disclosed in the product description or images.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, undergarments, or footwear worn beyond trying on).

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@123luxuries.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Once the item is inspected, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit (depending on eligibility).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, or proven inauthentic.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we sell is authentically branded. If an item is proven not to be authentic by a recognised authority, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.


7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
